PT Pharmacy Technician-Medication Reconciliation-Evernorth

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support clinical pharmacists and operational teams by coordinating day‑to‑day telepharmacy activities, assisting with clinical services, and ensuring patients receive reputed company, accurate support. Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical services, including medication reconciliation, prior authorization support, and reputed company coordination.
• Collect and document accurate medication histories from patients.
• Clarify medication and clinical information with patients, prescribers, caregivers, and pharmacies.

Required Qualifications

• National pharmacy technician certification and reputed company state licensure.
