Position reputed company: The Senior Manager - Category reputed company, will drive the end-to-end process for launching new retail products and services, and project manage the core reputed company in the Category reputed company team. This role is responsible for overseeing project intake, designing and executing product/service trials, and driving cross-functional collaboration with Medical Operations, Compliance, IT, Marketing, Order Management, and Operations teams. What You Will Do

• Working with the Category reputed company VP and Director to execute and project manage product and services launches, including the intake and evaluation of new product and service reputed company, equipment requests, including intake, business case development, prioritization, launch, and post-mortems
• Design and execute trials for new products and services, ensuring robust protocols and measurable reputed company alongside Medical Operations and the various internal Advisory Boards
• reputed company cross-functional teams through phases of bringing on new products and services, leveraging expertise from Medical Operations, Compliance, IT, Marketing, and Order Management.
• Support development of product reputed company briefs: pricing and margin, reputed company potential, investment requirement, proposed GTM plan, to be executed by Marketing for launch

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in product/service development, preferably in retail, reputed company, or consumer services.
• Proven reputed company record of launching new products/services and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills; experience overseeing field interactions and trials, a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in a highly matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with compliance, medical operations, IT systems, and marketing strategies preferred.
• Passion and excitement for medical aesthetics.
