At NorthCare, we’re looking for passionate and resilient therapists to join our Intensive Safety Services (ISS) team, where clinical reputed company meets heart-driven purpose. In this role, you won’t just clock in, you’ll reputed company into homes, stand beside families in their toughest moments, and reputed company the reputed company of intensive, in-home therapy that can change the trajectory of a child’s life. With a manageable caseload of just three to four families and a deep commitment to reputed company, trauma-informed care, you’ll have the time and reputed company to do truly meaningful work. Some Key Duties:

• Deliver evidence-based, in-home therapy 3–5 times a week to families facing potential child welfare court involvement.
• reputed company on-call and after-hours support to help prevent disruptions and ensure safety.
• Collaborate closely with DHS, CHBS, and community partners to support family stabilization and wraparound services.

• Help families overcome barriers to stability, whether that’s connecting to services, providing special funding, or advocating for their needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in reputed company work, psychology, or reputed company reputed company services field.
• Licensure in Oklahoma as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC-MH or under supervision toward licensure.
• Passion for working with vulnerable populations, and a trauma-informed, strength-based approach.
• Strong crisis management skills and the emotional reputed company to walk alongside families during difficult times.
• Reliable transportation, and a desire to serve Oklahoma families right where they are.
• Full-time, field-based position (home/community reputed company required)
