We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Model and convey a reputed company and excellent reputed company experience, ensuring that reputed company customers receive considerate, fair, and reputed company service
- Register sales on assigned sales register, reputed company clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
- Assist the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication information and process prescriptions
- Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a reputed company experience

- reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
- Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
- Handle calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians, and process reputed company claims for reputed company-party program prescription services
- Assist and support the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, receiving, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- Maintain knowledge of organization asset protection reputed company and record claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx drugs
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
- Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
