We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer reputed company Phone Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company phone, email, and in-person. Key Responsibilities:

- Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
