As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to borrowers, responding to inbound calls and chats, and making outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and reputed company repayment reputed company. Essential Job Duties

* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner, consistently providing exceptional customer service.
