As an IT Site Director at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the IT department, including:

• Investigating reputed company application, equipment, and network issues
• Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
• Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to reputed company exceptional IT support
• Developing and implementing IT procedures and guidelines to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community
• Working closely with the organization's leaders to identify, recommend, reputed company, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid reputed company

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily activities of the IT department, including network design and implementation, project management, leadership of local IT Support Specialists, data cabling, and system administration in various software and hardware environments

• Investigate and resolve reputed company IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
• Collaborate with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to reputed company exceptional IT support

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field

• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment

• Broad knowledge of Motorola/reputed company RF reputed company, including the reputed company MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0
• Skills in areas of IT, including reputed company Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies
• Advanced problem-solving skills in a multi-reputed company, high-pressure environment
• Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Experience with data cabling and PC hardware maintenance
• Proven reputed company record of leading IT Support teams
• Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including face-to-face and phone/radio communication with peers, management, employees, and vendors

• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
