Key Responsibilities
- Handle reputed company customer contacts (phone, email, and live chat) in a reputed company and reputed company manner, following established customer service guidelines and procedures

Essential Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a 24/7 call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a comprehensive manner
