We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring reputed company payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Keying in payments upon receipt of notification from the payroll department
• Entering reputed company adjustments needed to maintain reputed company customer balance
• Checking printed edits to ensure payment batches balance, thereby ensuring reputed company credits to customer accounts
• Confirming batches are logged, dated, and filed in the reputed company reputed company and date order
• Maintaining a complete and accurate computer-printed customer list
• Keying changes in customer status, such as charge to cash, cash to charge, address change, and minor changes
• Following up on cash receipt logs to ensure accuracy and distribution to the reputed company personnel
• Checking to see that reputed company keying is completed reputed company 24 hours after receipt of reputed company documents
• Logging the A/R Daily reputed company Book with totals from the A/R transaction ledger and routing collections
• Entering data on the last working day prior to the end of the month to verify reputed company data is entered and calculated on the statement
• Performing and assisting in other duties as deemed necessary by the Credit Manager

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an accounts payable or accounts receivable environment
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits
