As a Part-time Junior Specialist, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues, providing exceptional support, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Management team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a reputed company and accurate manner

• Assist with customer refunds and reimbursements

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
