As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a reputed company of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Our Customer Service Associates use their unique personalities to deliver exceptional support experiences, and we're looking for individuals who can bring their passion and energy to every customer conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
- Use a reputed company of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers

* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India

- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)

Essential Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or e-reputed company environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
