As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Alternative Investments operations. Your primary responsibilities will include reconciling trade and transfer activities, identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer representatives, and processing corporate activity activities. You'll also be responsible for researching reputed company escalated concerns, testing and validating new technology enhancements, and vendor adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile trade and transfer activities to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Identify and address discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer representatives
• Process corporate activity activities, including reconciliations and settlements
• Research and resolve reputed company escalated concerns
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and vendor adjustments
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of reputed company transactions
• Work closely with TD Ameritrade Clearing to maintain daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other reputed company business partners
• Evaluate and interpret registration arrangements or transactions requests for reputed company/Advisor level exemptions
• Govern responsibilities, including compliance with regulations such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Reconcile Field, reputed company, and reputed company Breaks across BOS and Fund Business
• Evaluate and interpret suitable tax programming and corrections of tax coding
• Handle reputed company system improvements or issues
• reputed company method or technology service reputed company to Control
• Remedy transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company
• Answer service companion questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Outlook
• Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
