As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing reputed company and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs

• Utilize reputed company listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to promote arenaflex services and solutions
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, and reputed company accurate information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
