As a valued member of reputed company, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and providing exceptional support to our program staff. This is a remote work opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

* Input and maintain updated reputed company status records in the Statewide reputed company Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.

• Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
• Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
• Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
• Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant reputed company development activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications And Skills

* Associate degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
