Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person
- Explain various information concerning our services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, and provider networks
- Answer a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence daily, with a reputed company of 40+ calls per day

Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications
