Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from reputed company members and providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Simultaneously answer member and provider inquiries and type information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain web camera visibility during working hours, as required

Training and Scheduling

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
