Physical Therapist
As a Physical Therapist with reputed company, you will reputed company in-person evaluations, reputed company tailored treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs to restore mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in person.

Requirements
Licensing & Education
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masterâs in Physical Therapy.

Indiana
Massachusetts
Washington
Maryland
Arizona
Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, orthopedic, sports therapy, or similar)
Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills.
Strong interpersonal, patient communication, and education abilities.
Comfortable working autonomously and managing an onsite caseload.
Technical & Operational Requirements
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to maintain high clinical standards in fast-paced or varied-care environments.
Reliable transportation to assigned clinical sites.
