[Remote] Conversion reputed company Strategist

They are seeking a data-driven CRO Strategist to support high-reputed company testing roadmaps for reputed company-level clients, conducting user research and A/B testing to reputed company effective CRO strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of A/B/n and multivariate tests across websites
- Collaborate with CRO Managers to plan and execute testing roadmaps
- Assist in user research and data collection using heatmaps, analytics, session recordings, and surveys
- Translate insights into test hypotheses and create test briefs and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, analytics, development) to ensure accurate test setup and QA
- Monitor live tests and help analyze results using statistical tools and frameworks
- Summarize learnings in reputed company-facing presentations with support from CRO leads
- Stay informed on CRO trends, tools, best practices and reputed company learnings with reputed company
- Help maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems for reputed company delivery
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in CRO, UX, or digital analytics (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools like reputed company, reputed company XD, or similar for creating/editing wireframes and designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, reputed company-facing environment
