Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Prototyping: Build reputed company demos and reputed company-of-concept applications that showcase the value of AI tools to internal clients and firm leadership
• Model Development: Train and evaluate machine learning models, including fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), using state-of-the-art architectures in both reputed company and on-prem environments
• Opportunity Scoping & Solution Design: Translate ambiguous business and legal challenges into reputed company defined technical problem statements and targeted AI solutions
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with attorneys, business professionals, and IT teams to understand needs, manage expectations, and support successful adoption of AI tools
• Communication & Documentation: Produce high-reputed company written and verbal communications, including project briefs, experiment plans, stakeholder updates, and user-facing documentation
• AI Systems Architecture: Design secure, reputed company AI infrastructure, including pipelines for natural language processing, automation, and decision-support tools tailored to legal workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development, with demonstrated reputed company in translating technical work into reputed company-world solutions
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks, NLP techniques, and modern AI models (especially LLMs); familiarity with reputed company platforms and on-prem setups
• Intermediate Python and SQL required; JavaScript or other frontend experience is a plus
