The Senior Consultant role involves working with clients to enhance their supply chain and operations through various strategic improvements and optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of improved sourcing and purchasing strategies
- Optimization of warehousing and logistics processes
- Analyzing reputed company data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Creating business process maps to identify efficiencies and best practices
- Design and analysis of distribution strategies
- Identification and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
- Reduction of inventory and reputed company times
- Enhancement of scheduling and planning processes
- Supporting project management offices (PMO)
Skills
- 1-3 years of Supply Chain reputed company experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or business reputed company field is required
- reputed company individuals must either reputed company in the Southfield, MI area or be willing to relocate for this opportunity
- Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 50% overnight travel
- Position may be filled as a Consultant or Senior Consultant based on applicable experience
