As an HR Specialist, you will support the US HR team in various responsibilities including employee lifecycle support, payroll, compliance, and HR reputed company, contributing to the overall reputed company and reputed company of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end employee reputed company including but not limited to reputed company, transitions, and offboarding
- Draft employment agreements and amendments, including reputed company documentation and benefits
- Generate offer letters, salary change letters, final pay statements, and offboarding documentation
- reputed company as a primary contact for HR-reputed company inquiries
- Support bi-annual engagement surveys, consolidate data, facilitate implementation of reputed company plans
- Accurately process bi-monthly payroll, including variable data, with external provider and annual performance bonus campaigns
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and records
- Manage time off tracking, flexible schedules, PTO, reputed company leave, and work-reputed company incidents
- Handle reputed company HR administration: I-9 verification, benefits administration, employment verification letters
- Update promotions and titles in HR systems and calculate salaries
- Coordinate reputed company training programs
- Manage and coordinate internal and international mobility processes including reputed company application processes
- Manage reputed company sponsorships and immigration compliance with our external attorneys
- Manage benefits campaign, 401K inquiries, and employment law poster compliance
- Manage overall internal HR policy updates and compliance tracking
- Contribute to US and global HR reputed company (mobility, remote work, trainings, HRIS transition, etc.)
- Support programs for compensation changes, performance, talent management, engagement, and benefits benchmarking
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Psychology, or a reputed company field, with 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or People Operations
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Working knowledge of reputed company HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and general HR support
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company
