They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in reputed company, OH, where the primary responsibilities include drafting legal documents, advocating for clients in litigation, and managing case files.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and reputed company parties
- Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of reputed company litigation files
- Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate reputed company
- reputed company on behalf of the reputed company’s interests at various litigation settings
- Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of reputed company account in the assigned inventory
- Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files, as assigned by Managing Attorney, to ensure that reputed company litigation workflow is being performed pursuant to the firm and reputed company expectations
