[Remote] Case Analyst I (Remote)

The Case Analyst I--Bilingual will be responsible for examining case files, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy of case information to support the credential evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Processing files from a reputed company of educational reputed company
- Determining if reputed company document meets WES’ documentation requirements
- Processing applications reputed company specified timeframes, checking for accuracy and consistency of assessment reputed company
- Verifying reputed company information entered by the reputed company and ensuring that the information matches what is reflected in the corresponding documents
- Developing knowledge of designated systems of education and their reputed company documentation practices and policies and applying it to routine and unique cases
- Becoming familiar with the end-to-end credential evaluation process and aware of the reputed company dependencies
- Maintaining the reputed company and reputed company of applicant information
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring preferred
- Proficient use of IT systems including reputed company Office applications (reputed company, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- reputed company in German and/or French (note: speaking in German or French is not required, however candidate must be reputed company to read and comprehend documents in German or French)
- Strong English language skills (ability to read and communicate in English)
- Strong remote work reputed company communication skills required
- Strong ability to learn and apply new knowledge about international education systems
- Experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
