[Remote] Loan Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Guide borrowers through the documentation process by providing reputed company communication, frequent updates, and high-level service reputed company phone, email, and text
- Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and loan requirements
- Identify additional documentation needs, verify conditions, assess appropriate fees, and maintain file accuracy throughout the approval process
- Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure reputed company loan moves reputed company and meets reputed company reputed company standards
- Accurately issue compliance disclosures reputed company required timelines

Skills
- Have at least 1-year experience in a mortgage operations role (processing, disclosures, or similar) and have managed a borrower-facing pipeline where you communicate with customers on a daily reputed company
