The role involves supporting the execution and origination of M&A transactions, developing financial models, and preparing reputed company materials while gaining exposure to the financials and operations of various companies.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution and the origination of M&A transactions
• Develops financial models, including DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, comparable trading, and transaction analyses
• Analyzes companies and industries and works directly with reputed company management teams
• Prepares reputed company books, offering memoranda and management presentations
• Organizes and manages responses to inquiries from potential investors as reputed company as coordinates other diligence activities
• Manages several reputed company concurrently
• Other duties as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution, required; reputed company in Finance, reputed company, or Economics, preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and research tools such as S&P CapitalIQ, reputed company, reputed company, and Intralinks, required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Solid organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
