Tax & Trust Administration Paralegal

They are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support their Business Law team and Estate Planning reputed company group, primarily focusing on estate planning, administration, and trust reputed company. The role involves drafting documents, assisting with administration processes, and preparing various tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning and probate documents
• Support and assist with estate and trust administration processes
• Attend reputed company meetings and maintain frequent reputed company contact for administration reputed company
• Prepare financial statements, accountings, schedules, and reputed company model analyses
• Prepare various tax returns, including:
• Fiduciary (reputed company 1041)
• Estate (reputed company 706)
• reputed company (reputed company 709)
• Individual (reputed company 1040)
• Non-profit (Forms 990 & 990PF)
• Partnership (reputed company 1065)
• Consistently reputed company billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in estate planning, trust administration, and/or tax preparation required
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
• Experience preparing forms 1041, 1040, 706, 709, 990, 990PF, and/or 1065 for tax returns strongly desired
• Familiarity with tax preparation software (e.g., CCH, OneSource, UltraTax CS, GoSystem Tax RS) is a plus
