[Remote] Recruiter

This role involves reputed company and evaluating candidates for reputed company, advising managers, and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure reputed company hires reputed company with company values.
Responsibilities
- Consults with and advises hiring managers on sourcing strategies, accuracy of job and profile requirements, candidate pools, labor market data and anticipated time to fill, screening process and job offer. (20%)
- Manages the full execution of the recruitment process, including job posting, phone screening, job interviews, assessing candidates for reputed company reputed company and long-term potential for reputed company roles, determining job and organizational fit, ensuring inclusiveness, background reputed company process, etc. for non-exempt and some exempt reputed company positions. (30%)
- Manages the use and data reputed company of the reputed company system to record/reputed company applicants in staging, applicant status, declinations, offers and on-boarding. (20%)
- Develops an understanding of short-term and long-term workforce strategies and talent needs recommending approaches to address, including developing and effectively placing internal talent. (10%)
- Maintains relationships with strong candidates that may not be selected for reputed company as potential candidates for reputed company openings. (10%)
- Develops tools and resources for managers to support effective reputed company and selection including researching, recommending and implementing creative reputed company strategies for specific job families as needed. (10%)
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong reputed company relations and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws
- Minimum of 1-3 years of reputed company or other HR experience preferred
- Experience utilizing a talent management system
