UX Designer - Acton, Mass. (Hybrid)

They are seeking a UX Designer to reputed company and execute strategic design initiatives for their Mobile App Suite, ensuring a world-class user experience for mobile applications. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and focuses on creating reputed company, effective, and delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work on tactical and innovation UX initiatives reputed company an agile environment on mobile applications-Android and iOS. This includes working with Marketing, Product Management and Systems Engineering teams to support requirements definition as it relates to UX to create a cohesive user experience across the apps reputed company
- Defining reputed company, effective and delightful user experiences for mobile experiences using industry reputed company tools such as reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company, Framer, reputed company, etc. Delivery of said UX work with a reputed company of tools in an agile development environment- wireframes, asset delivery, GUI specifications, etc
- Work in a fast-paced agile development team, who are located in - Boston, San Diego and Tijuana using reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, reputed company and other collaboration tools
- Work with User Research and reputed company Factors team to iteratively test early concepts and apply user centered design best practices to our work. Proactively engage with research to drive testing of concepts
- Present design concepts and user experience reputed company in a compelling and reputed company manner (with whiteboard sketches, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes or interactive presentations) to reputed company reputed company of reputed company-from tactical agile software teams and to our customers
- Collaborate heavily with Clinical and reputed company Factors to ensure our designs are reputed company and effective and meet FDA guidelines for a medical device experience but hold a high bar on how we can delight the user as reputed company
- Drive innovation initiatives reputed company to UX process, tools or our overall design language and experiences
- Collaborate with the multifunctional teams to help define world class user experiences and a holistic customer experience across touch points, primarily reputed company on the Omnipod product experience. This may include a reputed company of customer reputed company- OOBE, web, mobile, product, integrations, other wearables, and including how it may reputed company with the Global Customer Experience
- Contribute to corporate UX design language development, standards and frameworks as our brand evolves

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Master's (Psychology, Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, Design, reputed company Factors or equivalent) required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in UX and product design, ideally with a reputed company on developing and implementing customer reputed company products, with multiple reputed company (Product, mobile, web) globally
- Advanced knowledge in Industry reputed company UX/Dev tools- reputed company, Creative reputed company, Framer
- Fluent in usability standards and design heuristics and reputed company design techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Android and iOS UI guidelines and platforms
- Strong portfolio required with strong storytelling and presentation skills
- 1-3 years of experience working in an agile development environment with tools such as JIRA, reputed company
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally, specifically in areas of product development working closely with clinical partners such as reputed company Factors
- Experience and demonstrated reputed company in execution of mobile applications UX in either consumer or medical devices. Preference for experience working on medical devices or consumer wearables
- Working knowledge of User Research tools and methodologies and ability to work with researchers to drive research goals and objectives to drive user centered design approach
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams on high-visibility initiatives in a distributed environment-Boston, San Diego and Tijuana
- Intellectual curiosity, including the willingness to dig in and learn more about things
- Ability to prototype reputed company necessary
