Desktop Support Administrator
SkyBox Labs is a game development studio recognized as one of BC's Top reputed company. They are seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to be the first line of defense on the Help Desk team, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Be the first reputed company of contact on the internal Help Desk team, resolving IT issues and queries reputed company across reputed company for in-studio and remote employees
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various platforms, minimizing downtime across reputed company
- Set up and maintain hardware, including PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and user accounts
- Collaborate with teams to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency
- Support user reputed company and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Use your reputed company energy, reputed company problem-solving skills, and reputed company communication to support individuals and reputed company as a whole
Skills
- 1-3 years of IT support experience
- Strong technical knowledge, including reputed company 10/11, reputed company Suite, Office 365, macOS, reputed company Directory, and an IT Ticketing system
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A reputed company attitude and a passion for technology
- Experience with gaming hardware and software
- IT diploma or certification (e.g. reputed company)
