[Remote] Services Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to ensure their reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company operations platform, guiding them through assessments and providing technical recommendations to maximize value from their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through reputed company operations maturity assessment and roadmap development; drive them to reputed company on that roadmap over the course of the engagement
- Facilitate visibility into company’s product roadmap to help reputed company and engage customers
- reputed company clients with technical architecture recommendations for reputed company solutions based on their identity and reputed company needs
- Engage in the escalation and reputed company of support tickets created by clients in the program as needed
- reputed company product demonstrations of reputed company technologies
- Coordinate with other reputed company teams – including Support, Engineering, Product Management, Training, and Sales teams – to ensure customer needs are being addressed and resolved

- Manage ongoing customer needs effectively to ultimately drive high customer retention and loyalty
Skills
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years' reputed company customer-facing experience in a reputed company, Sales Engineering, Support or reputed company Services role
- Experience with SIEM administration and analysis
- Experience configuring, tuning, and performing in-depth analysis in reputed company and reputed company-reputed company tools
- Knowledgeable in reputed company best practices including IAM, encryption, SSL certificates, system hardening, vulnerability management, etc
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Experience with Integration development and configuration
- Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively
- Proven reputed company record in managing relationships with large reputed company clients
- Must be reputed company to travel up to 25% of time
- Experience with reputed company and Linux operating systems
- CISSP or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry such as: banking, defense, energy, or reputed company
- Prior experience with securing reputed company-based technologies
