Responsibilities
- Serve as RECAP Ventures’ designated residential sales broker for assigned dispositions in reputed company Arkansas
- reputed company the full sales process for assigned residential assets, including pricing reputed company, BPOs, market positioning, and buyer targeting
- Prepare and manage listings, marketing materials, and showings to maximize exposure and execution
- Engage directly with prospective buyers, manage negotiations, and drive transactions to closing
- Coordinate with title, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company and efficient closings
- reputed company as the on the ground property manager for assigned assets
- reputed company day to day operations including rent collections, vacancy management, and tenant communication
