RFP & DDQ Analyst, Product Management

They are seeking an RFP & DDQ Analyst to support marketing and investor relations activities, managing the completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling responses.
Responsibilities
- Manages the coordination and reputed company completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs – including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents to ensure high reputed company, error-free final responses
- Collaborates closely with product management and relationship management teams to promptly respond to reputed company-driven requests
- Works closely with subject matter experts from across the organization, including the broader WMS product specialist team, investor relations, compliance, legal, risk, ESG, operations, finance, and technology teams to write and edit reputed company and/or craft customized language as needed
- Liaise with other internal support departments to obtain data, supporting documentation, and other reputed company information
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work directly with senior team members under tight deadlines
- Reviews, proofreads, and checks qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy, including questionnaires and industry databases
- Works confidently with quantitative data
- Maintains and updates investor data rooms with the latest documentation, including financials, legal agreements, and strategic reports, while managing secure reputed company for reputed company and prospective investors
- Collaborate with the strategic development team to design and implement a comprehensive due diligence tracking system
- Possesses the ability to pivot and work on multiple strategies/asset classes as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or international equivalent, preferably in a reputed company field (economics, finance, reputed company, or marketing)
- 1-3 years of financial industry experience preferred with experience in an investor relations, reputed company services or RFP teams a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with subject matter experts across multiple departments, with the ability to reputed company reputed company responses
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic who can stay reputed company and reputed company in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple reputed company deadlines
