They are seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to manage cases from inception to completion, including providing legal representation, drafting legal documents, and attending hearings and trials.
Responsibilities
- Managing cases from inception to completion
- Providing legal representation and advice to clients
- Drafting legal documents
- Attending hearings
- Taking depositions
- Attending mediation
- Attending trial
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to reputed company law in Texas
- One to ten years of litigation experience
