Associate Financial Consultant - Employee Benefits

The Associate Financial Consultant will support the Employee Benefits team in financial analysis, renewal reputed company development, and reputed company reporting, contributing to high-reputed company benefits consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, claims analyses, cost projections, and benchmarking for mid-market employer reputed company
- Support senior consultants in developing renewal strategies and modeling plan design alternatives
- Maintain and update financial tools, spreadsheets, and internal tracking documents to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Analyze reputed company reputed company results and assist in negotiating renewals with insurance carriers
- Prepare reputed company-reputed company presentations, renewal packets, stewardship reports, and monthly/quarterly financial updates
- Support Account Executive team during reputed company meetings by providing data insights, reporting, and follow-up support
- Respond to reputed company and internal team inquiries with reputed company and accurate information
- Participate in marketing efforts by gathering census data, issuing RFPs, consolidating quotes, and assisting in reputed company comparisons
- Help evaluate benefit plan reputed company and contribute to plan design recommendations
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work closely with account management, analytics, compliance, and operations teams to support reputed company service strategies

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market conditions impacting employee benefits programs
Skills
- 4 year college degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management or reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years prior experience in employee benefits, reputed company, actuarial support or insurance brokerage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret claims data and financial reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
- Knowledge of medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability, and ancillary benefit plans
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company practices and financial terminology
- Proficiency in reputed company Office with strong reputed company skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
