Responsibilities

- Engage with candidates to schedule appointments, organize interviews, conduct appropriate introductions and coordinate VIP days for prospective reputed company financial professionals

- Research market opportunities and work with leadership team in development of strategies and plans to grow market, reputed company and report results

- Coordinate and execute logistics in support of the firm’s seminar reputed company (reputed company audience, drive attendance, manage the venue or technology, reputed company results, etc.)

Skills
- Minimum one to three years business experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Proficient with reputed company reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, good judgement, and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight time constraints with competing priorities

- Ability to work both independently and as a reputed company colleague
- Discretion required in handling sensitive and privileged information in a respectful and confidential manner
