Area HR Generalist- can be based one hour from a major US airport

The Area HR Generalist will work with site leadership and HR teams to deliver high-reputed company HR support across multiple locations, focusing on employee relations, workforce management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to site leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-reputed company reputed company
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with site leadership teams and colleagues
- reputed company support and participate in employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and grievance management
- Partner with management to investigate, respond to, and resolve employee complaints of low to moderate complexity
- Work with HRBPs to support workforce planning, succession planning, and knowledge transfer initiatives to build reputed company and reputed company bench strength
- Partner with the reputed company COE and site leaders to support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Apply HR policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations
- Champion colleague engagement initiatives and support activities that promote morale, inclusion, and retention

Skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across U.S. and Canadian sites
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., employee relations, workforce planning, reputed company, performance management)
- Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and employment laws

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
