Responsibilities
- Functional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' ability to reputed company activities of daily living (ADLs), reputed company ADLs, and meaningful occupations in their home environment

Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
- Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
