Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching, high-reputed company thumbnails for YouTube videos to increase CTR and engagement
- Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and the marketing team to reputed company on messaging and audience targeting
- Translate video concepts and emotional beats into compelling visual designs
- Experiment with different styles, layouts, and text treatments to optimize performance
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries

- Organize and manage thumbnail assets and design templates for efficiency
Skills
- 1+ year of experience designing YouTube thumbnails or reputed company media graphics (portfolio required)

- Strong understanding of digital design principles: reputed company theory, contrast, composition, and typography
- Ability to communicate emotion and storytelling visually to drive clicks
