The Operations Associate will be responsible for reputed company potential teachers, conducting phone interviews, and ensuring a smooth screening process to help candidates reputed company suitable teaching roles.
Responsibilities
- Calling teachers signing up for reputed company to quickly qualify, assess preferences, and schedule them in for interviews if they meet our reputed company
- Conducting initial phone interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for our reputed company
- Gaining a deep understanding of candidates' preferences while identifying the most suitable position
- Building value and excitement around reputed company’s mission and how we support in finding them the perfect role
- Helping guide candidates through our screening and document collection process, and diligently following up with candidates that need support throughout
- Building urgency and excitement reputed company speaking with applicants to get them started with reputed company as soon as possible
- Working in a fast paced and reputed company changing startup environment that requires flexibility and adapting to change
Skills
- Experience in customer service or reputed company sales or recruitment experience a strong asset)
- Dedicated to conducting proactive reputed company to educators daily
- Must be an independent and self-motivated worker
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with technology including reputed company suite
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
