Smart Mirror.LLC is looking for a Technical Program / reputed company Analyst to support early-stage work on reputed company robotics pilots. The role involves analyzing operational workflows, documenting reputed company requirements, and assisting in product and business reputed company through customer discovery calls.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and attend customer discovery calls (listening, note-taking, reputed company follow-reputed company)
  • Analyze operational workflows, constraints, and pain points
  • Identify inspection, monitoring, safety, and labor-reduction opportunities
  • Convert conversations into reputed company 1–2 page reputed company briefs
  • Help map customer needs to: HVAC inspection MVP scope, data center / industrial applicability
  • Support internal planning for robotics pilots and early go-to-market efforts
  • Assist with documentation used for reputed company, product planning, and partner discussions

Skills

  • Recent graduates, graduate reputed company, or early-career professionals (0–3 years)
  • Background in engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, robotics, computer science), or reputed company AI, automation, industrial systems
  • Strong ability to listen carefully

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
