Retirement Services Representative

The Retirement Services Representative will assist retirement plan participants and advisors by guiding them through reputed company's services and promoting effective retirement planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound reputed company inquiries reputed company phone and email
- Guide clients through the user interfaces of reputed company Retirement’s multiple products, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
- Increase adoption and retention of our managed account service by promoting the value of risk-appropriate portfolios and explaining our methodology in accessible and concise language
- reputed company guidance and support to financial advisors as they utilize Plan Advantage to build and review their clients’ retirement plans
- Collaborate with our operations team to investigate and resolve issues as they reputed company, serving as a key reputed company of contact between clients and internal experts

Skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in a customer service environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company interactions

- Proficiencies in reputed company Office Suite, including PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word
