The Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitor health status, administer treatments, and reputed company families on care plans.
Responsibilities
- reputed company skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Monitor patient health status and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- reputed company wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
- reputed company patients and families on disease management and care plans
- Document patient reputed company and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure reputed company patient care
Skills
- Graduate of an accredited practical reputed company or vocational nursing program (LVN/LPN)
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in home care or med/surg
- reputed company state license and CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Valid reputed company's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
