[Remote] Junior Data Support Analyst

The role involves assisting users of an reputed company data analytics platform by analyzing inquiries, performing investigations, and coordinating with technical teams for issue reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an initial reputed company of engagement for analytics platform users, assessing and triaging incoming data and platform-reputed company inquiries
- Analyze user requests to determine reputed company causes, required actions, and appropriate reputed company paths
- Translate user needs into reputed company defined requests and records reputed company reputed company
- reputed company preliminary investigation and analysis of common platform issues, including reputed company, data availability, and usage questions

Skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to successfully maintain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)/reputed company Trust
- 1+ years of experience working in IT
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, or data systems
- Experience documenting requirements and requests reputed company and accurately
- Strong troubleshooting approach and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying technical information to non-technical users
- Experience working with service management or intake systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Experience in Agile environments
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies or working in a government contracting role (experience supporting DHS preferred)
- Familiarity with change management/change management procedures
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
