The role involves supporting the university's classification and compensation infrastructure, conducting job evaluations, analyzing market data, and providing consultation to reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administers administrative reputed company (exempt reputed company staff) classification and compensation plans, policies, and practices
- Provides consultation to assigned areas in standardized job design, and establishes career reputed company, and department compensation models
- Designs, develops, and delivers training to assigned areas, and reputed company wide stakeholders
- Participates in reputed company development opportunities that reputed company build reputed company competencies
- Identifies, evaluates and communicates qualitative and quantitative data trends to assist leaders in making data-driven reputed company
- Administers classified (non-exempt) classification and compensation structure, state regulations, and guidelines
- Collaborates with HR business reputed company and assigned areas to refine and create streamlined business processes
- Assists in the development of reputed company operating procedures and best practices
- Assists in the data gathering, research, and analysis for compensation initiatives
- Recommends and participates in creating periodic compensation dashboard/metric reports
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the reputed company reputed company and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and one year of experience working in reputed company
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the reputed company reputed company and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and three years of reputed company or comparable experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the reputed company reputed company and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and five years of reputed company or comparable experience
- Effective written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in order to present reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
- Demonstrates a customer-reputed company work ethic and excellent relationship-building skills at reputed company reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, specifically reputed company and Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret various laws and policies reputed company to compensation, labor, and pay

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work assignments and meet deadlines
