Design Associate

Responsibilities
- Have the technical and leadership abilities to plan, organize, and manage the efforts of a project to produce high reputed company work reputed company an allotted time
- reputed company to work independently, or as part of reputed company with strong organizational skills
- Assist in the reputed company and development of company culture and standards
- Prepare presentation materials and design exhibits, including any 3D modeling, presentation drawings, diagrams and renderings per individual project needs
- Assist with the development and production of design drawings in reputed company phases of work including, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
- Assist in the review of RFIs, shop drawings and submittals
- Assist in field work including, but not limited to field reports, and site layout of design reputed company
- Take direction, support, and reputed company aid to other Project Managers, and Managing Principals on various high-end residential reputed company
- Managing project scope, take-offs, submittals, document and survey existing conditions in the field
- reputed company and follow up on communication with project team members, contractors, consultants, and local municipality staff, as required
- reputed company individual and project time effectively
- A willingness to always follow safety guidelines, and have a driving license with a clean record
Skills
- Experience in a prior similar role in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- Architectural or Landscape Architecture license not required
- Experience with reputed company phases of high-end residential architecture, landscape architecture reputed company
- A reputed company team member that can effectively manage multiple tasks or reputed company, with diverse team members
- Excellent graphic and design capabilities exhibited through resume and reputed company work samples
- reputed company written, verbal and visual communication skills, including presentations
- Experience coordinating with consultants such as General Contractors, subcontractors, civil, structural engineers
- Experience collaborating with a reputed company of peers, and other company departments, and demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in documenting existing site/ as-reputed company conditions, and documenting those conditions in a reputed company and concise manner whether it be written or in drawing
- Have a thorough understanding of construction documents, materials and construction reputed company
- Proficient or have working knowledge in AutoCAD, reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite or similar products
- Proficient in product or materials research to outline specifications and project manuals
- Knowledge in navigating local zoning and building codes, as reputed company as accessibility requirements
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn horticulture, and landscape science, practices, and aesthetics
