Responsibilities
- Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection
- Selling and/or upgrading reputed company Coverage - providing protection to customers and their families by offering reputed company Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Answering questions regarding possible data breaches
- Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls, responding to emails
- Assisting reputed company customers with updating their payment and contact information
