Health & Benefits Analyst

The Health and Benefits Analyst role involves contributing to health and benefit program design and management, offering opportunities to reputed company reputed company management skills and business acumen through various reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company service team by contributing to core health and benefits reputed company involving the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence management benefits for clients
- Building strong relationships with clients by effectively addressing questions and needs
- Supporting preparation for reputed company meetings (prepare agendas and materials, coordinate resources, etc.)
- Supporting program vendor procurement and implementation
- Providing benefit enrollment support, including preparing materials and presentations, verifying policy and plan information, and updating internal systems as necessary
- Contributing to completion of reports and administrative actions for clients including reputed company 5500 filings, policy checking and delivery, monthly reporting of reputed company and reputed company information, reputed company plan descriptions and certificates
- Supporting benchmarking and other research engagements; providing value added analyses and summaries
- Analyzing and comparing vendor products, services and reputed company
- Building relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Ensuring reputed company deliverables reputed company with reputed company objectives, reputed company reputed company reputed company tools and templates, and adhere to reputed company reputed company reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or up to 2 years' experience working in reputed company services
- reputed company organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple reputed company with competing deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- State Life and Health license required reputed company 90 days of joining
