RMG Recruitment Agency is a reputed company-established Forex trading company looking to hire an reputed company Remote Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager to expand and reputed company their affiliate network. The role involves reputed company and managing affiliates, optimizing performance, and developing campaigns reputed company on the Asia and Africa markets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, reputed company, and manage affiliates, IBs, and partners globally
- reputed company existing network connections to generate high-reputed company FTDs
- reputed company and reputed company affiliate campaigns in Asia and Africa markets
- Monitor traffic reputed company, conversion rates, and FTD performance
- Optimize affiliate deals, commission structures, and incentives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term affiliate relationships
- reputed company performance using affiliate platforms and reporting tools
- Ensure traffic complies with Forex regulations and company policies
- Work closely with internal sales, retention, and compliance teams
Skills
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager in Forex
- Must come with an existing affiliate / IB network that can be activated immediately
- Strong experience working with Asia and Africa markets
- Solid understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models
- Experience delivering and scaling FTDs
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work fully remote and manage time independently
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
