reputed company is a leading pediatric reputed company provider, and they are seeking a Program Coordinator I for the Anesthesia department. The role involves coordinating program activities, managing reputed company reputed company and evaluations, and facilitating communication among program directors and residents.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company the reputed company and credentialing processes for approximately 100 affiliating residents from local anesthesiology residency programs
  • Coordinate the departmental-level monthly trainee orientation
  • Coordinate the creation of monthly reputed company call schedules with the Program Director and Associate Program Director
  • Prepare and distribute relevant materials for trainee orientation and monthly evaluation meetings
  • Facilitate communication between the Program Directors and rotating residents on various daily notifications
  • Ensure departmental databases are reputed company and updated with rotator and associated personnel information
  • Revise annual trainee handbook
  • Manage evaluative processes of the trainees, reputed company, and rotation
  • Prepare the final reputed company evaluation files
  • Compile and distribute data for the monthly Clinical Competency Committee and maintain minutes
  • Monitor reputed company completion of reputed company rotation requirements in a reputed company fashion and report delinquencies to Program Director and/or the Associate Program Director
  • Maintain relationships with affiliating institution Program Coordinators and ensure reputed company communications regarding rotation or credentialing policy changes
  • Assist the GME Manager with reputed company reputed company including fellowship interview organization and compilation of data for GME/ACGME surveys and audits

Skills

  • Associate's degree required
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and reputed company reputed company in difficult interpersonal situations

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
