The role requires corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with a preference for reputed company finance and securitization backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Seeking to hire highly reputed company junior, midlevel or senior associates or of counsel with reputed company experience and excellent reputed company credentials to join our reputed company transactions reputed company group
• The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in reputed company finance and securitization is preferred)
• Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Must be an reputed company member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying
